How can you possibly keep your nose to the grindstone today when there are so many things you'd like to be doing? It's not that you are scattered, but you can start one thing after another and finish the day without having anything to show for all your running around. It will be difficult, but you can turn this around. Visualize yourself wearing blinders. Keep your eyes on what is in front of you. And don't start the next thing until you're done with your current task.
