Reality pushes you into a corner now and you struggle to get control of your life It is one thing to feel emotions as strongly as you do. It's entirely different when you act on them. Now, I'm not suggesting that you use the emotional intensity of the day in order to plot your course of action. Just stay with your feelings no matter how intense it gets, even if it becomes a struggle. Don't think that you need to control it all. Let people in your environment feel their own feelings. They don't have to mirror your emotions just to make you feel better.

It's the richness of emotions that can make this day special, so don't hesitate to bring them out into the open. This isn't necessarily about a spontaneous desire to expose your emotional secrets, even if that's how you feel. Instead, it's probably more about your need to get closer to someone you care about.
