It could take a rather large leap of faith for you Goats, but sometimes you just have to jump -- even if the odds don't look great. The thing is, however, your chance for success is much better than it appears, for you are basing your pessimistic view on the wrong facts. This isn't about how it appears; it's about the meaning of your life. Your leap consists of letting go of the outcome and instead, concentrating on what you can learn from this situation. This could be exhilarating as you break through the fears that normally hold you back.

You Capricorns are the sure-footed Mountain Goats. You're supposed to be among the most reliable beings in the cosmic zoo. Today, however, you may feel a little less steady than usual. Perhaps it's because you are distracted. Maybe you've actually given yourself permission to daydream about some impractical opportunity that's just come your way. There's no harm in letting your imagination have free reign. You're not required to actually do it just because you indulged yourself in the fantasy. But, on the other hand, it could be meaningful to share your dream with your friends.

So what if your feet are so firmly planted on the ground? Now, it doesn't really matter. Your foundations are shaking and quaking, and you'll need to be quick about figuring out a plan to maintain your stability. It's not nearly as bad as it might sound, for you are quite excited about the possibilities. Your biggest obstacle may be your own fear of the unknown. You like the stability and now you're going to have to learn how to get by with less of it. Focus on the exhilaration and not the fear.

CAPRICORN (Dec 22–Jan 19): Perhaps you've taken this road as far as it's going to take you. Or maybe you are going through a metamorphosis. As you change, so will your direction. This is not as big as changing a career or relationship or a whole life realignment. But it's still important. Open your mind in ways that will help bring about the changes that you'd like to see in your life. These changes can be in your love life, but if so, it doesn't mean the end of a relationship. Instead, it's about what you think of the relationship and where it is going.

Your powers of analysis are quite strong now, but you might have to work very hard to convince anyone. Don't get discouraged.
